Refuse Collect E-mail

* Please note that email addresses posted on this website are refused to be collected without permission using e-mail collection programs or other technical devices, and violations thereof will be criminally punished by the Information and Communications Network Act.

Article 1 (Purpose of processing personal information, period of processing and holding personal information, items of personal information to be processed, etc.)

▶ Article 50-2 (Prohibition of unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses, etc.)

• 1. No person shall collect e-mail addresses using a program or other technical device that automatically collects e-mail addresses from the Internet homepage without the prior consent of the operator or manager of the Internet homepage.
• 2. No person shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of paragraph (1).
• 3. No person shall use it for the transmission of information, knowing that it is an e-mail address prohibited from collecting, selling, or distributing pursuant to paragraphs (1) and (2).

▶ Article 74 (Penal Provisions)

• Any person who falls under any of the following subparagraphs shall be punished by imprisonment with work for not more than one year or a fine of not more than 10 million won. 5.
